So, going through one of the boxes of crap, err loose parts, that I got back from the body shop, I found two of these.  I don't recognize them.  Are they actually '69 Charger parts, or is some poor shmuck missing these on his Honda?

They are painted gloss black, and roughly 12 inches square.

It's a cover for something but I've never seen it on my 68 or 69 Charger.
