Hi folks, I currently have my project on the rotisserie ready to be blasted. I will then need to replace the front floor, trunk floor, cross member, rockers, quarters and wheel wells. My question is what kind of a frame/stand should I put it on? can some one share a link to another post of some pics.

Thanks
Joe

If you weld in braces before you start cutting, it doesn't really matter what kind of cart you put it on.

Dreamcar

I built a small frame using 6 inch I beams I bought used locally for cheap (the car therefore sits 12 inches off the ground). The car was only put down on the frame once the frame was leveled (front to back, side to side and cross). There are four spots on the chassis/framerails that should be at the same distance from the ground if the car was on a frame jig, so I rested the car down on the built frame on those four spots.

PM me and I'll see if I can dig up some pics.

My Charger was on the rotisserie when support braces were welded to the front and rear rails after acid-dipping the whole Charger and before any replacement parts were welded to it.
In the first pic, the outer 3 to 4 inches of the wheel wells were plasma cut and then welded on.  Slick Job!

All sheet metal that was replaced was done with the jig in place (practically the whole rear of the Charger!) and the Charger came out with everything lining up great.
