Anybody from Toledo or the greater Toledo area?

I could use some insight on the area such as where is the better housing areas, what areas to completly avoid, is the housing market doing well enough if I bought a home can I sell it in 4-5 years with no trouble? Any help is greatly appreciated.
There are few problems in life that cannot be solved with C-4.
