I have read many posts that I could use to reference in the future as I go through the resto process. Is there any way of doing this?

You should be able to bookmark any web page through your browser.

Within the site... you can click on the "notify" tab and it will send you an email whenever any new replies are made to a thread. But also, you can now see all the threads you've subscribed to by looking in your profile under "Notifications and Email".
