Noticed that the car on the Hot Wheels BLVD Bruisers brand of cars is a '69 Charger R/T with a "Dukes" bush bumper and dual hood scoops....  :rotz:

Makes me wonder if that is a real car or something someone at Hot Wheels knocked up in photoshop?  :shruggy:

Well we've seen people graft challenger, gtx, cuda and shaker hoods to chargers before, i can't see why this could never have been done, i actually kinda like the look  :scratchchin:

I'll ASSUME it's something like the "art dept." artistically altering a photo they don't own to avoid any copyright issues  :shruggy:

I'm sure it's been done, but I'm guessing photoshop for that specific image.
