No, CL is everyone, everywhere.  It's a lot of exposure for free.     You can post your car on any CL market anywhere.

That's the point, it is everywhere and it's free.

It is not a targeted and focused selling/buying platform for people that have $200,000 to drop on a hunk of Mopar.

The ad is out there in a vast ocean when the seller needs to fish in a small pond of rich people with cash crying out for a top line classic.
