anyone know of product to remove these

Hot soapy water and a brush should work. Next step is figuring out what caused the mold? Water leaking in somewhere? Wiper pivot seals are a common source of leaks.

Edit: just saw your other post, this must be for the same car?  I'm not familiar with the later cars so hopefully someone else will chime in.

I had a roof leak in my garage a while back which rusted and molded nearly everything I own. I bought some vinyl cleaner from the boat supply store. Might be a bit harsh but worked really well. Don't try to sit in the car without ventilation if you go this route!
