hey guys is it possible to run a set of 2003 dodge viper wheels on a 1968 charger ? anybody have pics if its been done and what would be required ?

Viper are 6 lung compared to the Charger's 5 lug so there is your first obstacle. Next item would be if there is enough meat around the rotor hat to re-drill and install the 6 lug pattern. Once you got that, then there is the whole offset issue which will likely have frame to wheel interference because of the high offset of the Viper rims compared to the relatively shallow Charger front wheel well.

These guys make repo Vioer wheels but they are the wrong spacing for the factory 2nd gen bolt pattern.

Yeah, running stock Viper wheels on a vintage Mopar would be more trouble than it's worth IMO.  Neither the bolt pattern, nor the offset/backspace, would be anywhere near the same.

Anything is possible.....just depends how much time, money and hard work you want to throw at it. Hubs can be made/machined, adapter/spacers can be used that will convert to correct lug pattern but require a bigger BS. Its possible....whether its worth it depends on your budget and how bad you want those Viper wheels on your Charger. Example...I had 911 turbo wheels front and rear on my old BMW 528i. Did it look great and did I love it....YES SIR! Would I go through the massive changes, cost, hard work and brain power it took to fit them if I bought another 528i.......NO WAY IN HELL! :smilielol:

IMO they are not even very pretty wheels as I like to see a bit of depth to them. Do you have a set laying around that you are trying to utilise then?

EDIT; The smallest rims in the Viper repo link is 20 inch!! LOL!
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you !!
