This is the "whats my car worth" Superbird. I saw it at Mecum Anaheim. It was a no sale at 100K, shill bid all the way too. Pretty solid car but it is driver quality car at best.

It looks like Mecum sold this car (at least) twice before, first in 2008 for $104,500 then again in Florida last year for $151,200 with fees.
IMO opinion that is VERY strong money for an "over restored"  column shift car with no matching numbers on the engine or trans....

The paint was in pretty poor shape, lots of scratches and paint imperfections. Also someone had painted the underside of the rear wheel houses, reeks of a rust repair. The pictures of it for the auction in Anaheim made it look great too. Like I said it looked like a good honest car but not perfectly restored Superbird money. What tipped me off right away was the lame black painted wood wheel!! For 150K could someone put a good wheel on it? In between Anaheim and Kissimmee Frank Badalson correctly detailed it under hood. So at least that probably looks good. I wanted to make a run at it in Anaheim but I refuse to bid on something with a reserve, I know the auction house bids them up so no one gets a deal.
