Six-way seat frames

I see Chinese re-pops of the 1969 six way bucket seat frame on eBay for us old fat guys. Anybody know if they're any good?

Haven't bought those but PG Classics is fairly reputable.    I'm happy with the other stuff I've bought from them.

You might also want to check with Herb's Parts, he is selling some of that stuff. Let us know what you think of them, if you buy one. I have a couple of originals I need to restore. I love them. Wouldn't want to own a b-body bucket seat car without it.

It looks like Herb has quite the operation. Don't know how I've missed him over the years?  Looking at these frames just reminds me how long I've been doing this (almost 40-years). Because of that, I'm in perpetual sticker-shock. I guess I'd prefer original over re-popped (they never seem to get it quite right!), but even rusty ones with broken studs are pricey.  How bad would you have to hurt me for one of the frames you need to restore?

They're for my cars, so I'm keeping them. But, if you need any other parts for your car let me know. We carry a whole line of restoration parts.

Sorry jumping in here...I dont see the 6 way frames on Herbs site. Found them on Classic Industries for $500 a pop.

I've been messing with these cars since the early 80's and I hear ya. I feel the same way, but also, we have many parts available to us that weren't back then. I can't tell you how many times I almost got snake bit or stung by a WASP crawling around old cars in junkyards. I don't miss those days.
