I remember that film too , not seen it for years & years ,  I remember one quote from that film , a low rider guy is giving him a lift  , & he is driving too slow & says , what you into  miles per gallon  ,      or it  something along them  lines

Well...This is a great example of "It's your car - do with it as you like".

Sure - not to most (any?) of our tastes, but I would imagine it was someone's pride and joy in the eighties...

Now someone can buy it and change it into what they want.    

Then, of course, in another 20 years, perhaps the next bunch will wonder what the hell that idiot did to it in 2016.
