I use a Dynocat Supreme Classic 20W50 and thats a thick oil with high phospor/zinc content. I have been considering changing to a more modern formula, maybe 0W30 synthetic with low phosphor/zinc content.
But due to all recommendations on this and other sites on the web I have not dared to try a low phosphor/zinc oil yet.
When cruising the highway in summertime with the engine at 3000 rpm in 60mph that 20W50 oil is quite hot and thin!

I've been running VR-1 but switching to Brad Penn next service. I've a high volume oil pump (Melling) also.
