Brake line fittings and flare tool

I need to put a new fitting on the rear brake line and will be installing an adjustable prop valve on the line as well.  Are these good fittings for the job or is there something better?

Also are the flare tools you rent at the auto parts stores good enough to do a few double flares?   I don't really want to buy a tool for a one time job.

Dino you can pick these fittings up at any auto parts store. Save you shipping charges.
You can rent the tool from a lot of parts stores also. They work, but take your time and go slow, sometimes they crimp the line a little crooked. If you have an old line, do a couple test runs.
