How to tell if my manifolds are Hp or not?

Hi guys!

How can i tell if my manifolds are hp or not?Here are the casting numbers 2843992-2? driver side and 2808300? the passenger side!
Also on the engine pad is says     c440,underneath it says 10  3  2

2843992 is the left side for a '68-'69 383/440 HP, the matching right side should be 2806900...look closer at the right manifold, the cast digits (the 8 and 3) often run together and look like different digits.

I can only go by a picture but my friend who took it said it's hard to tell but those numbers then 2806900.Hard to tell the difference between the 3,6,8,9 because of the rust!
So i got HP manifolds

No,the seller said in his ad on ebay that the engine is a '66 non hp engine!

Here is what he said in the ebay ad!I have never bothered to check the numbers on the engine but it doesn't really matter does it?It's not numbers matching so....

I remember, back in the day, we used to take nicer cars than this to the junk yard!  However, I believe this one is worth saving.  It is a true R/T, 4 spd, Dana car - see fender tag. What makes this special, is the "L" paint code. A truly beautiful and unusual color on this car. It's Medium Dark Turquoises Metallic. That color combined with the white interior and a white vinyl top, with chrome Magnum 500's and red line tires, will make this car breath taking and a show stopper at any Mopar meet. But, it needs COMPLETELY restored. All the flooring from the cowl to the rear bumper needs replaced. As does the quarters, trunk extensions, wheelhouses and rockers. The doors and fender may be savable. The car does come with an extra left fender and right quarter panel. It needs a LOT of sheet metal work. Rear frame rails are salvageable but front outers are gone - see pics.  The engine is a '66 date coded 440, non HP. I had a carb on it and running when I parked it in the building 8 years ago. I have no extra parts, what you see is what you get.

Ok,so it's a date correct engine then?The car is a '68.
What does 10   3    2  mean stamped underneath the c 440?

The C code is not correct for a '68, a '68 would have a D code

10  3 is the build date October 3 (1967) and the 2 means it was built on the 2nd shift (day shift)

My car's build date is 16th of January 1968!
So which one is it correct for a 1967 engine,C or D?

How about the Edelbrock Torque 2 single plane intake?Shall i leave it or swap it for something else?

Correction:

The engine build date is 10  3 is the build date October 3 1966 for the (C code)  '67 model year car. The side of the block would have a 1966 casting date.

The guy selling the motor, how can he not know next years cars come out around September the previous year?  I'm sure this is what lead to his confusion, though.
