how many ballast resitors do i need?

I am going to electronic ignition , nothing flash just a basic set up...mancini racing kit 
does anyone know why I have 2 resistors , the one on the left in the picture..  one wire goes to the carb ...I don't know what everything else is for 
or what the other one does .

Where do I put the one for the electronic ignition does it then negate the others ?

the resistor on the left is for the coil. The one on the right attached to the wiper motor is for the wiper motor...they are not connected in any way....wire on the left to carb is for the electric choke I bet. The one for electronic ignition takes the place of the one on the left, only if you are changing coils, if not, then leave the one you have there alone
