Hello, does anyone know if 1973 B Body leaf spring front mounting boxes would work on 66-70 B Body.

Not sure but Frank Badalson sells perfect reproductions.

You are talking about the front bracket with the 4 studs - correct?

Yes the fronts with the 4 studs. I already have a set, it's for someone that needs them if they will work on a 2nd gen B Body. So I thought I would ask in here.
