Thats my home track. Race there all the time. Listen to the trans getting angry on the 3-4 shift, almost a flare.

Is orange an available color?  I'd have to have it in some kind of orange...

GOTWING

I have seen orange on the other models, not sure on the cat though..

When you consider that with driver, the total mass weighs about 5,200 lbs, that's a damn good time!

that woman can drive!!!!   :2thumbs:

The auto trans. and the on board launch goodies (that come stock) play a big part. :icon_smile_wink:
Not to suggest she was just lucky or diss her abilities but --these cars are awesome off the showroom floor and are comfy to drive home from the track.

BTW what is the current record for an all stock car --with proper tires?

I'm wondering what a stripped out Hellcat would run. 8's?

Congrats on your pending roll cage purchase!
I know there's a rule about "stock" production cars that break the NHRA rollcage rule getting a pass because they were designed from the factory to go those speeds. I don't know how much it takes for a car to not qualify as stock any longer.

I thought if you run under 10 seconds you have to have roll bars.   :shruggy:

I heard this too..cars that are built for the speed, air bags, safer. Curious tho where it cuts off..I mean, low 9's and high 8's seem very possible with just a few changes.

The 2015 rule book does state roll cage required even on "stock" vehicles running 9.99 or faster. The exemption is 10.00-11.49 for 2008 and newer cars.
