This frame is where my car was originally sold, looking to reproduce this piece...any leads?

Die cast or stamped steel?  Lettering looks like a tape/silk screen?  I once worked for a company that manufactured all kinds of them.  My kid brother still works there and every once in a while he'll redo one for someone.  Nowadays they're all made of plastic.  I'm sure you know there are a lot of them on ebay.  Any lettering on the back?

nothing on the back...frame is kinda pot metal and letters are kinda tape style

Chrome plated die cast zinc.  The lettering is screened onto the white background.  A graphics company can reproduce the tapes and you could replate the frame.  Is that white background reflective?  I have a pretty good graphics shop near me if you can't find anyone near you.  You might be able to find the same style frame in nicer condition and just replace the tapes.  The tapes were probably cut from a sheet after screening.

Your lucky.  Your's are decals.  You've got some options.

Google "custom license plate frames".   The newer ones are not the exact shape as yours, but, I'm sure they'd sell you a blank.   Then do what ITSA426 said.

I have some that are 35 years old and in perfect condition(non-decal)  But, they were kept inside.  Maybe flea markets or eBay could turn up a nice one with the exact shape as yours.

yea, will scour the larger swap meets this coming year for a frame that is the same and just change the decals
