I believe the the Cragar uni-lugs for Chevy are 5 on 4.5/4.75.

I thought uni-lugs had three bolt patterns depending on the filler washer that was used; 4.5 4.75 and 5.

IIRC, there were two different Uni-Lug setups. The early setup had wider counter-bored slot that would accept an oval washer with either offset or centered holes; this accommodates three different patterns, 4.5", 4.75" and 5.00".

The newer ones have a narrower slot that places the lugnut shank in either side of the slot, this only accommodates two different patterns with the hole in the washer centered.

Newer setup in pic below.

Early offset washers and lugs.

I have these on my Charger.  They fit but are kind of a pain to line up the washers and lugs.  I don't remove the wheels very often so it's not that big of a deal all things considered.  If I was looking to buy new Cragars though, I would find the correct size instead of the uni-lugs.

I made up these tapered sleeves to make Uni-Lug installation easier.
