Hi!

Just wondering if some of you guys had some problems with the charger 69 70 outer doorhandles when installing them.
On my freshly painted car i could see it moved th paint away. The area on the small side of the handle is to small if installed to hard.

In my experience, after painting a car one must usually take a small round file or some other appropriate tool and remove the excess primer/paint/clearcoat from door handle holes, marker lights, antenna, mirror and any other mounting holes for small components. This is especially important to do or you risk having what you described happen. Parts don't fit like they should and then you end up chipping the paint trying to install them.

This becomes a big problem if you ever Prime a car with 4 coats of poly prime like Featherfill ect. LEON.

This is common with paint buildup.  When I worked collision you'd see the same type of cars come in so you knew about the common issues ahead of time.  I used to stick bolts or wooden dowels in the holes when painting to prevent having to scrape out the hole later.  Either way you still need to cover the bare metal you exposed in the hole.  You can brush on some paint or rust preventative, but I also like to add some silicone grease before mounting the handle.  Actually I used grease between paint and parts quite a bit.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
