Not surprising to me at all.... I've found that once you get away from the big city urban salt bins ? Lots of pretty good old Canadian cars left in rural/western provinces still sporting their original sheet metal in good shape.
Granted, lots of rusty ones as well..... just say'in, I think percentages for good un-rusted examples is much higher in places like the rural B.C. interior versus ANYWHERE in Ontario/Quebec and east.

Only wimps wear Bowties !

That is a great photo, but an even better one would be the look on your neighbors face!   :2thumbs:

i don think so, i think thy are punctures from large spike or something. the inner sheetmetal was fine

cbrestorations

my neighbors are use to it, i have worse looking chargers in the backyard. i could start a mini charger wrecking yard lol. the truck driver said there was alot of people taking pictures and honking as they passed. im curious to see if any of those pics will turn up lol.

the burnt orange car is just in limbo...i just purchased a grill, side scoops and a woodgrain steering wheel for it. piece by piece...

Lennard

Wow Chris, you're quite the collector!   :2thumbs:

Ghoste

You're lucky if your neighbors are good with it.  It seems so many places (and more all the time) allow someone else to decide what should take place on your property.

Mytur Binsdirti

Is that a picture of the good car?    :shruggy:

Hi Russ, are you from SD? I bought my 70 Charger from Jason.

jason was nice guy, pretty much represented the cars how they were. i originally just wanted to buy the blue 69 r/t and i asked about the other car in the back ground which was the triple black 4 speed car and he really didnt wanna sell it, but if i put the cash in his bank that day it would make up his mind type deal.

Great collection Chris :2thumbs: :2thumbs: :2thumbs:

Which one is the mostly rust free one. LEON.

mpd659

Ya I am from Mitchell SD. I have been to Jason's not too long ago. Jason bought the blue 69 R/T from my friend Steve who has a ton of 68
-70 Chargers. Steve told me that the blue 69 R/T was pushed into a pile of cars by someone in a front end loader and he bought it. What a shame to wreck the car.

I am currently restoring a real 68 Hemi Charger.
