I'm struggling with diablosport predator 2 platinum.

Hi all! I'm struggling with diablosport predator 2 platinum.

I recieved the unit yesterday and did the update on my laptop and all checked out ok and updated after I was done. My car isa 2006 charger RT 5.7 so I know they are supported.

The port fitment is fine and it can scan for error codes and power up fine but it won't recognise the car.

I'm getting *! Unknown vehicle type* after I switch on the ignition and hit ok.

Then i see *! Error checking calibration revision please contact customer service*
After I hit the tune button.

I've opened a help desk ticket and the tech support is shut till Monday plus nobody has activated my account on diablosport forum yet so I'm kind of at a dead end.

Any ideas anyone?

Welcome to the board but I think you'll find more useful info on an LX dedicated board, this board is mostly about sixties/seventies Chargers.
