Plastic tube under front bumper coming off

On the front down low is the "eye" that looks forward for the adaptive cruise control and stuff. Just below that on the under side of the bumper is a plastic tube. It is about one inch square and I got to close to a curb and bumped it. It isn't in front of the bumper, it is on the bottom of the bumper and a few of the screws came out and it is hanging down now.
I'm still getting used to how far the front end goes out and still tap a curb in the parking lot every now and then. I tried reattaching the screws but the screws are pretty damaged.
Any suggestions on resolving besides avoiding curbs?

Not much new stuff going on here Tim.  Mostly 66-74.
