hello all did 69 chargers ever come with remote boot openers as mine has a vac type lock attached to it but cant find how its activated

No it was not an option on b bodies but it could have been deaer installed or retrofitted from a c body donor.  I'm unsure where the vacuum hose is connected or what switch is used.

What he said.  About your only option is going to be to follow the vacuum line from the latch to the front.
