I scraped the drivers side of the r/t stripe and it must come off whats the best way to take the stripe off? :popcrn:

if its a vinyl stripe, id suggest a heat gun.

Hold it far enough way that you wont harm the paint, but close enough to heat it up and it should pull right off...like a decal


If its another material (like truck wraps stuff) im not 100% sure.

id call a company that does truck wraps as if they have any tips....

ok i think its vinyl so heat should do the trick,just pissed off that i have to replace it

3m has a spray on product amazingly enough called decal and stripe remover. No risk of heat damage to your paint and it works great.

How did you scrape it?  (and you can hold that secret if you want, I'm just being nosy)
