CAR CRAZY TV SHOW GOES AERO?

My wife 426 Linda and I loaned our B5 Daytona to the Gilmore Car Museum for 2 years.
Many people have asked "What are you getting for it" ?
My hope was that with the exposure maybe a magazine article or another invitation
to a high level show?
A couple of months ago we were notified by the museum that Barry Meguiar
the owner of the car wax company was at the museum filming for his TV show Car Crazy!
He was in the Midwest and spent a few days at the museum and then went on to
film a show over at Ken Ligenfelters collection near Ann Arbor Michigan.
For those who were at the Aero meet a couple of years ago you'll remember that collection.
The Car Crazy episode that features some cars in the Gilmore Car Museum will air next week!
The Museum had a lot of information on our Daytona and contacted us for more.
So with some certainty there should be some air time on the B5 Daytona?
The show is on the Velocity channel and it is channel 281 on Direct TV.
The episode airs 4:30pm and 11pm PST on Monday the 21st and Thursday the 24th.
It will also air Sunday the 27th at 6am PST for you early risers.
Set your DVRS and hope for the best!

Way cool John. It must feel awesome to be able to share your car with the world in this way. Hat's off to you. :2thumbs:

They aired the episode the other night (Monday evening here in Michigan on Dish Network) and I seen a few quick shots of the Daytona and a bunch of the 1970 GTO Judge that's also in the same corner of the museum near the Daytona. I was hoping Lingenfelter had a few Wing Cars in his collection, all I seen were a few quick shots of some Cudas and maybe a Roadrunner. It looked like the film crew did a few shots in the Museum near Battle Creek then went over to meet up with Barry at Lingenfelter's garage in Brighton, MI. His Ferrari collection is very impressive!

Turned out to be the first car and the last car that was on the episode.
Nice overview of the Gilmore Car Museum!
There is a Michigan based Mopar club that has what they car "Mopars at the Red Barns" show there every summer.
Nice place to visit when if you get a chance.
