Battery hold down bolt - difference in location of apron hole?

A big thanks to DoubleDlover for providing me with the piece of inner fender under the battery tray that was toast on mine.  I fit it into my car today and it'll be ready to weld into place once I clean it all up.

The piece came off a '70 Satellite and the hole for the battery hold down bolt is in a different location.  It's a few inches under the wiring loom gutter where the stock '69 hole is right below the gutter. 

Was this a Plymouth thing or did they change the location in '70 on all models?
