512 stroker verdict?

In us dollars it cost 8000$
Is it cheap, expensive or ok?
Can i use a original 727 on this?

Newly built Mopar 512 stroker. Built on 440 block borred 0.55 Eagel crank, rods, Portted906 toppar,  2x 4bbl carbs, engine is dynoed -540hp.

I dunno man.  I'd rather build up my own motor for that money and know for sure how the build went.  Can they dyno the motor in front of you?  Can you run a compression check or a leak down test on it?

The price is ok if engine is as good has he says it is. It will cost alot to build an engine like this here in Norway. But that depends on if you can trust him or not. It is always a gamble to buy engine build by or for some one else. But maybe hi has some documents to prove everything, buildsheet, photos, name of the man or company how build the egine?
