I was wondering if anyone knew where i could get a headlight motor relay for a 71 charger

Any Hideaway relay is the same from 70 up to 72 from any Mopar. Maybe some junkyard around you have some Mopar between those years with hideaways.

relay mounting bracket ?

doesn't really matter, you can allways remove the cover with bracket and interchange the internals parts with the prongs baseplate

alright now i have the relay all hooked up and working but when i hook the wores up to the motor itself it just sparks and i have the motor grounded at the top where that plug is so anyone know why this is
