Howling noise from front end

of my...07 Charger when I am making slight right turns. It stops when I touch the brakes.
I assume it's the brakes but what woudld make it howl? I feel a slight vibration when it happens through the steering wheel as well.

Thoughts?

Wheel bearing..did not think of that!

I think i'm taking it to the dealership and let them figure it out. Then I can fix it at my own pace.
