An old old old deaf woman parked illegally in front of the court house, she's inside renewing her plates and when she comes out she see's a cop writing her a ticket, she starts swinging her cane raising hell about discrimination and how she is being mistreated.
The cop hears enough and gets on his radio to call a tow truck, he yells back at the old lady ...
Hey you ever been towed?
She looks at him in silence with a puzzled look on her face and replies.....
