Yep. So many people afraid to say anything remotely true for fear of being ostracized. I was told once that I could express my opinion at a meeting but was not allowed to be argumentative  . I asked them to explain how my giving my opinion was NOT argumentative. No answer. After that when asked for my opinion I would defer them to my boss for an answer, that lasted one meeting. Oh well. People nowadays can't handle the truth ala Jack Nickelson(sp?).
