A child is one of the most expensive things a person can subject themselves too (or subject us tax payers to). Not only in terms of food, clothing, etc, but in how it limits a parent to be able to educate themselves and employ themselves to point where they can support themselves. How many rubbers can Uncle Sam buy compared to the cost of supporting a kid - a kid that will likely grow up just as lazy and stupid as taught by the parents, thus perpetuating the cycle? I'd gladly pay for every one them. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

People argue that starvation in Africa goes on because of govt problems rather than the literal food supply.  The bad guys steal the resources from the populace and then they steal the foreign aid we send too. 




Either way, the way to reduce the birthrate is very simple - educate the girls more (education in general, not even specifically sex-ed).  This has been shown to work very consistently all around the world.  It'll work in the USA just like it works in Africa.

It's a bad situation, but what can you do about it?  


If you cut off the mother's welfare money then you end up hurting the existing kids most of all.  

If you try to forcibly stop the parents from reproducing more  . . . I don't want the govt getting into that business.  Too scary on principle. 




I could see maybe taking away all custody of any children that the mother gives birth to.  Like start enforcing it when the mother has been on welfare for several years straight and already has a few kids.  "You can give birth to more kids on welfare, but you can't keep them or get additional welfare money for them.  You squeeze one out, the nurse takes it out of the delivery room, and then you never see it again."  

This would not do anything to discourage the deadbeat sperm donors from reproducing.  But it would cut off the mother's incentive to keep crapping out more kids while she is on the dole.  Pregnancy isn't much fun without the payoff.

      Men have the best birth control of all. If you don't stab it, its not getting knocked up. If you do stab it you may wind up as a daddy, unless you make sure the female is on birth control. If she's not, you may be a daddy.
The problem in my eyes is the programs they have in place to prevent all this. They do not work and they cannot change. Have you noticed no person gets fired from govt jobs, Fed, State, City, and County. These programs are filled with dummies that protect each other and continue wasting money. They are not worried about how many are on welfare or any kind of programs. they are worried about keeping their jobs. These are top heavy jobs. Money wastin jobs. That is why now the Feds are starting to contract out a lot of their jobs. The states are starting to follow this example. The cities also. This is where the problem is. No real brains in charge.

You know she's gonna be pregnant again at least a few more times probably.   After 4 or 5 you'd think she'd learn.    but 15, she's never going to stop.   I say rip out her Damn uterus.   There's several other videos of her from the news.   I like the one where the judge puts her in jail then orders her back to court to release her.   The judge said she's releasing her because keeping her in jail is only burdening the taxpayers more than she already is.       I did see one of the baby daddies with a nice Nike sweatshirt and expensive sneakers of course.    

This is a huge problem within the black community.  Not to this extreme with 15 kids but still several kids and baby daddies missing.  
But, somebody needs to pay for this.   Other than themselves of course.  

We should all feel so guilty for wanting the finer things in life when we clearly have these people that we're failing to take better care of.    
Why is it that they have a choice and we don't?  
 This frickin woman needs slavery.  She'll have a roof over her head, food on the table clothes on her back and a job besides making babies.    My last statement may not be popular or politically correct but we're talking about a waste of human that's clearly not living politically correct.   The only difference between people like her and animals is she can almost speak clear English and can dress herself.
