daytona XX29L9B409068 finds new owner

yep after buying a superbird got me into the "aero club" I learned of or found 6 daytonas for sale (with prices not auction bait) three high priced over restored trailer queens two drivers and a project.
Cris at classical gas connected me with this one and I cant wait for it to arrive. very well documented one older good quality repaint incorrect wheels but that's an easy fix and some wear in the drivers seat. I will be owner no 4
anyone else know any other history on it?

took the car out on the weekend and ventured on to the 405 freeway down to the long beach swap meet. car runs like a daily driver and I put more miles on it than it had covered in the last 24 years
only the wheels and tires need to change, the tires were more round by the time I got back.
in going through the box of "extras" that came with it I did find a picture of a red Daytona with a white (painted) roof and very different wheels.
I must also say the Daytona is a much more "finished" car than the superbirds

Oh my goodness.  What a beauty!!!  I'm sorry Dane but that clone, I think #9, I owned for a bit2, didn't look near that good.

Love that white plumage on the Hemi Orange.. Almost makes me to want to change out the color of mine if I was to ever repaint it........
