What is the stock sway bar diameter for a 67 383 Charger. Also, are urethane bushings worth the expense?

You might have to measure the diameter.  My 69 is 15/16", some were 7/8".  I just helped a friend w/ a 66, his was 15/16".  The frame bracket bushings are tricky.  You have to cut along the weld - vertically.  The idea is to re weld like the original to keep the heat away from the bushing.  Having water handy is a must.  I like the poly for the swaybar.

Yeah, the stock bushings for the K-frame mount are a PITA.  They weren't really designed to be replaced. You can do it by cutting the bracket open and then welding it back together with the new bushing in place.
