Why was I banned from DC.com

Awhile back for some reason I think alot of people got banned from DC.com. Well I figured out how to get back on with my computer but I can not do it with my phone. How do I fix this?

I have the same problem on fbbo. I can not get on or even view it from my phone.

You weren't banned. Usually, if you get a banned message at what seems like a random time it's a connection issue. Sometimes people use a "proxy", some sort of "anonymous" connection, or possibly a work VPN that happens to be through one of the thousands of colocation facilities that I have banned (primarily due to the massive amounts of spam and "bots" that attack this site 24/7). On your phone it may be some open wifi connection that has been blacklisted for the same thing. It's odd that both would show up as banned if your account wasn't actually banned.

I check the server logs regularly and try to catch these and resolve the issue. I'll send a PM with instructions on how to fix it. If I manually ban someone I almost always send a PM with an explanation.
