Hii.  I need a little help.  I installed the new white plastic holder for the screw adjustment for the headlight from the front and the black holder from the back.  I then installed the headlight holder with the spring and the white plastic keeps pulling out.  What am I doing wrong?

If you are installing the black metal part from the back, you aren't getting it clipped onto the white piece. Plus, the black metal pieces have a flange that sits on the front side so I don't see how it would be possible to install them from the back?

Take a look at this thread, in the picture I posted toward the bottom you can see how they go : http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,77473.0.html Hope that helps!  :2thumbs:

so the metal clip goes in from the front then the white plastic goes into that?  I have gone thru 2 kits and my thumbs are numb. :brickwall:

Yep, that's it. And I feel your pain, they are a big hassle and I went through one kit before figuring it out and getting the second installed successfully. I was not able to get them in by hand. I ended up popping the metal clips in, then pushing the plastic piece in just enough to get it started and then giving it a good whack with something hefty, in my case an old countershaft. The grill frame is strong piece, you won't hurt it smacking them in. There is always the option mentioned in the other thread of going with the newer, all-plastic type of adjusters. Good luck!

Does anyone know where I can buy the headlamp adjustment clips?  I found complete sets with the screws and springs for sale, but not just the clips that go into the header panel.
