I was looking up car covers on Ebay for the charger. Quite a selection from $20 to $150. I was thinking about getting the $45 one. The car will always be stored inside but the building is dry but kinda dusty so I wanted to keep it covered up. Anyone have experience with one of these covers. Let me know.

*Speed costs money son, how fast do you want to go, and for how long?"
*"Build the biggest engine you can afford the first time."
*"We normally wouldn't use a 383 for this build, parts and labor for a 440 cost the same."

I bought one from some vendor at the Mopar Nationals last year.....it was the middle of the road one and I think it cost me $50. It definately isnt fitted and is just a generic size. Works ok to keep the dust off. I wish it was a little more snug

This ticket is only $69.00 ?  If I'd have known that I'd have been going FASTER !

I bought one off of ebay for my 66 Charger a year or so ago.
Think I paid $40 plus shipping.
Have been really happy.
Roof vents to let out moisture.
Elastic front and rear for a snug fit.
Strap across front (underneath)
Holes for security lock and cable if desired.
And the part I like the best is a driver side door zipper opening so I can get in the car without taking the cover off.

I will look tonight to see who made it and I'll look through my ebay records to see if I can find the seller.

OK here is what I got.

Could not find information on the seller I bough it from. Sorry.  :P

Anyways the car cover I got is a:

Coverite
Silvertech Car Cover
100% Polyester
Size E

There are several types available on ebay $35 to $70
Silvertech
Bondteck
Xtrabond
Softbond
just do a search for

coverite size e

I also took some pictures of the car cover while on my Charger.

This is a universal type car cover NOT a custom fit cover.
But I think it fits really well.
It has BIG ears on the side for whatever type side mirrors you have. (See Pictures)
I just tuck the excess in.

Hope this helped.

What do you guys do about antennas? I have had no antenna in my car, am getting ready to install one, but realize it is going to get in the way when I use the car cover. Do you just always unscrew the mast?

I just take my antenna off everytime the cover goes on, as long as you have the gasket under the base you will be fine.

I have a telescoping antenna so I just push it all the way down.
I'm thinking about mounting it between the roof and the headliner and mounting a satalite radio and GPS antena on the fender.

awesome info on the cover for the 67. I've been looking for a cover for mine just to keep the dust off of it in the garage and that price is right.

Thanks alot.
