When I took my control arms into the shop to have the new bushings pressed in, I told them to go ahead and replace the ball joints while they were at it.  I supplied the bushings.  They provided the new ball joints and removed the old bushings and installed the new ones on both the upper and lower control arms.  I didn't realyy inspect them closely when I picked them up (was in shock after being presented with a $380.00 bill).  Fast forward to the weekend and hopes of finally finishing the front end rebuild and get back on the road.  They installed the steering knuckle arms BACKWARDS, with the arms facing the front of the car.  Not wanting to break the new ball joints loose myself, I must now wait for the shop to open on Monday to do the fix.  I have lost some confidence in these guys and want to confirm that they even have the correct pieces on the control arms.  The installed drivers side knuckle arm is PN-56201 (K25H) and the passenger side in PN-56202 (K29J).  They appear that they will be correct when turned around, but if anyone can confirm that, it will give me one less thing to worry about.  Thanks, Bob

Arrrrrgg
, the lower ball joint is the steering arm , not hard to fix but how did you pick the car up with the steering disconnected ?
Only $380 huh  ::)

Yea Neil, that would have been a trick. ;D  The car is on jack stands in my shop.  I only gave them the pieces to work with.  I guess that made it easier for them to screw it up.  Bob
