What are these leaf springs from?

Just about anything bolted below the floor of my 69 is not original.  Supposedly this all came from a squad car but I have nothing to confirm that.

Do these seem like they belong on a Charger?

On smooth roads there's no issues but on bumpy and pot hole laden roads this thing will make you sick it bounces so hard.  And since most of our roads are full of pot holes, I need something else.

I guess I'm going with the XHD springs but I'm wondering if it will change my ride height or not.  I like where it sits now.

The spring P/N is usually stamped in the main leaf near the rear.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Dino

Sweet!  I'll go check it out.  Thanks John.

I'm not saying they're not there, but I sure can't find any numbers.  I checked all over them and used a wire brush to clean the dirt off.  The leafs may be too pitted to see the number.

Here's some more pics of the passenger side which has a total of 7 leafs, the lower 2 stopping at the U bolt, the ds has 6 leafs that run through the U bolt.

They are factory style, bias design XHD springs.

What shocks do you have?

Dino

Aww no point in swapping them then!  The shocks are Edelbrock IAS classics.  I put a few thousand miles on them.  They are great when driving the car hard, but they don't seem to be very forgiving on potholes then.  The rear bounces and squeaks and on rough roads I can feel the rear slide side to side a bit.  I figured I'd get XHD springs and new bushings to remedy that but if the leafs are the same then I'll just get new bushings and see if it improves.  Maybe I need softer shocks in the rear?  I don't think I had the squeaks, or not as bad, with my old shocks but they were really worn out. The roads here are stupid bad.

I'm ordering the rear bushings since mine are worn out.  I'm leaving the fronts in, that's not something I want to do at home.  So I'm getting the Moog K7308 bushings.  But I need to order two sets of those right?  Each set has 4 split bushings so that's just for one side?

If you were looking for the part number would not the longest spring be the main one not the shortest spring ?

I checked them all and can't find one anywhere.

That's really weird.  There's a review on there that says that 1 set only does 1 side.  I emailed another company and said I need 8 bushings and he told me that I would need 2 sets.  I'll order 2 just in case.

True. If you have extras, you can return them. If you're short and the car is apart, you stuck until additional bushings show up.

I bought the complete kit which also included the 2 front bushings
