Looks totally legit to me, even the bezel anchor extensions with black electrical tape ( my former '69 Charger 500 had the exact same thing ). At least one of the grille brackets on top look bent, but nothing that can't be fixed with an anvil and hammer... Having the fender filler is a definite plus !!!   :2thumbs:

At the1978 DSAC National Meet, one of the door prizes was a NOS C500 grill. Todd Lamensky won it and he needed one at the time.

Its the REAL deal, deffo!
I just restored mine so I know it well.

Good price if you need one as the 500 headlight pods are made of Un-obtanium... :scratchchin:
Factor in destroying a pair of nice 68 Cornet fenders to get some $800-$1000.
Then there is is unique bracketry to mount them and the unusual over-length screws...

If it was £2500, I may be interested myself, as a wall-piece lol... :drool5: :drool5: :drool5:
