Someone please refresh my memory, was this sold as a unrestored survivor? I thought it was but the radiator support isn't painted black.

:scratchchin:

Thanks John for the pics! And thanks Tan Top for posting them here. The car has had one re-paint back in the mid 90s before Jerry owned it. Fender tag "lost" during the repaint, but does have the broadcast sheet. Scott.

Now that I recall, the missing fender tag also spooked me, and I passed on the car.   :Two cents:   In hindsight, when it was under $20k, I should've bought it. But today, I don't think it's worth more than 40,

Lord Warlock

it has a lot of potential, not sure why he'd replace the stripe but not replace the top, black is/was always available. Also think the trunk seal is a little short.  What is the unused vacuum pot on the intake for?  Mine never had one of those that I remember.
69 RT/SE Y3 cream yellow w/tan vinyl top and black r/t stripe. non matching 440/375, 3:23, Column shift auto w/buddy seat, tan interior, am/fm w/fr to back fade, Now wears 17" magnum 500 rims and Nitto tires. Fresh repaint, new interior, new wheels and tires.

Ghoste

Fully restored, what do you think its worth?

65k?  Yikes!  :rotz:

Looks worse in person :Twocents:

You got that right, as the pictures here show. I was extremely underwhelmed when I saw it.

It's far from being a survivor, but it is a GREAT restoration candidate. But let's face reality, without the sunroof, it would be a $30,000.00 driver. I think his $65,000.00 asking price is the restored price. Unfortunately, the restoration is not included.

Ghoste

And admittedly without seeing it, that would my opinion too.

1974dodgecharger

give him a break he armored all the hoses at least  :icon_smile_big:

Lord Warlock

but it looks like he spray painted the intake while it was dirty and still installed.

What's with the diaphragm on the intake?   EGR?

GOTWING

It was a neat car but it just did not compare to the other red 69 Charger R/T survivor that was there. The other car was all original paint with a couple of thin spots and some minor dings and scratches etc. it was very impressive as an original car 440 four speed dana 60.

And tantop we all love what you do, so keep it going !  :2thumbs:

That one was over priced to !!!!! Believe it was $74,900 ?
Anyway , they both need a rotiss resto , not even close to being a survivor quality to leave it alone . Would'nt pay over $25k for either of them .

ChargerSG

:rotz: If i got it cheap sure i would restore it but :eek2: it sure needs a total resto and im sure there are so much missing/destroyed...
Looking for 383 Magnum #0B196875 and 0B115166
