#3 missfire 2010 charger 5.7 hemi

new plugs, swapped coils, swapped injectors, compression 175, noid lighted harness, didn't see a bad spring felt good, engine pulls about 22 with a vacuum guage and holds with very little movement. If you rev engine to 3000 rpm it still holds vac at 22, but stalls when u drop foot off accelerator. It cranks up easy and idols at 750 rpm, slightly ruff idol.  It runs nice at 60 mph. It doesn't like load. It ticks pretty loud, could it be a collapsed lifter or what? 160,000 miles.

Does it have MDS?  MDS stands for Multi Displacement system that deactivates 4 cyl. when not under load.
