I added a V21 scheme to the paint on my charger r/t se, after taking it to metal I decided I was going to paint the car as I would have ordered it in 69, not how someone else would.  I remembered when I used to drive it the sun glare off the hood sometimes was horrible, and the v21 would reduce that glare.  It also has had the original motor and transmission replaced..by me.. but at least it was another 1969 Charger R/T and was a 440 to start with.

Build it the way that makes YOU happy, unless you are planning on flipping it for a profit, and if that's the case its easier to just build it to factory specs and options.

Someone asked about TAN vinyl tops being remade, I Know that Legendary Auto Interiors sells or used to sell TAN vinyl tops with the correct grain pattern.  I waited almost 10 years for them to finally offer one, when they did it was 3X the cost of a black or a white one, maybe they've changed the pricing by now.  At the time, I jumped on it not caring what the cost was, just knew I had to have one and it had been over 10 years since I pulled the top off because there was a bubble area in one spot...turned out to only be that one spot rest of top was great. If it matters, quality and fit/size was excellent, fits like a glove.
