Trying out different alternatives of stripping the paint on my grille. I know there are a lot of chem stuff which probably work fine. But has someone tried using a Sodium bicarbonate blast process? I did a small test on a corner piece and it seems to work really good. No damage to the plastic, although I was a bit careful since I have no experience from this method.

What do you guys think? Is this a safe way to strip paint from plastic pieces?

Sounds like it would be a good use for it. Just be sure you clean the parts really well afterwords; soda blasting can leave a residue that paint doesn't like.

It sure is a good way, just keep it moving.  I've blasted several plastic pieces with soda.
