Need Help. Where does this wire connect too.

Drove the Charger all day Sunday with no problems. Went to park it in the garage for the night and it would not start. I have power to everything...just no power to starter. I looked under the car and found this wire just hanging on the ground. I jacked the car up tonight and could not find where it goes. The connector looks to be in poor shape (maybe thats why it come undone). Im sure it has something to do with power to the starter. Thanks.

It plugs into the side of the transmission so you can only start the car in park or neutral
With out it hooked up the car will not start as you have found out  

There is a male side of the plug with just 3 round prongs sticking out on the side of the tranmision
