I'm not sure........ I never really pursued it.  I guess its cool to have the car on things but damn I should get something out of it!   Its MY car & I took the picture!   Its not someone that took a pic of my car at a show etc....I took the pic myself back in 2004!

If you took the picture, you own the rights to it. You absolutely have a case if it is used without your consent. I would be hunting a lawyer.

Advert claims they took the time to pay the licencing rights for the trademarks, so go after them for your photo royalties as well.

I googled that truly awful Charger cuckoo clock and that got me here, so I registered. 

There's only two kinds of people that clock could appeal to: those who own '69 Chargers (me) and those who wish they did.  But considering how it's such a mish-mash of Charger stuff, I'd have to say a person scores way low on the Taste-meter scale to buy such a thing and actually hang it on the wall.

Buying a plain clock you can dress up with your own Charger image makes much more sense to me:

if a picture is on any of the social networking sites it aint yours no more.  I saw that this month with the magazine,  and thought damn, I could use some wall art for the charger garage, but I hate cookoo  clocks, and not gonna spend that much to get something that annoys me hourly. And it was  red, which doesn't work for me either, no knocks to your beautiful car, I'm into paler tones.
