I have heard of it (and the story) before. A Y28 car would normally have a Q prefix VON on the tag & this one has the M for a sales bank car.  :scratchchin:

Someone asked him about posting more info, I'll check back & see if he posts what he has showing the Y28 later later.

That was me who asked.....(yeah-yeah - I have a few Chev's...lol) it just doesn't look like anything too special to me at the moment.....need to see more. Thanks Barry
