MID-CITY's address from the early '70s - looks like ZIP code also changed in 45 years - building is still standing

Unfortunately all I have is the Texas title transfer in 1975 and the broadcast sheet, no other paperwork. Now that said since hanging out here I've learned that a Texas licence plate stays with the car.. and it's on the title, so maybe I can research the plate?

NDR 691, registered to a Buck Bradford and transferred to a Sherron Swenson.

I fixed the link above. So far, no mention of a Superbird. Are you sure that's the dealership where it was sold?

Okay thanks... I see those adverts are from late '70 when they were moving to the new facility. Bird would have been on their lot end of Nov, early December of 1969, if indeed that is where it was sold.

All of those ads are from 1970 & 1971.  By the end of September 1970, they were moved into their new location.
