seatbelt bolt

Question: Does a 1969 charger have both a lap seat belt and a shoulder seat belt? I put seat belt bolts in the shoulder belt  on both sides, found the hole for the lap seat belt and put a bolt in it on both sides,,just wondering are there 2 belts (one for lap/shoulder) on 1 bolt on the right side of the drivers seat?I tried peeling back the dynomat to find the bolt hole,no luck yet!!!

Yes the lap belt and the shoulder belt both are mounted on the same bolt

I put the dynmat down and cant find the bolt hole on the right of the drivers seat any pics ? thanks...

It is a little farther back on the tunnel than the door side
